Kevin Bacon is brilliantly back on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Can we not just have Kevin Bacon become a regular on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” already?” A very musical Bacon stopped by Fallon’s late night show to bring us another episode of “First Drafts of Rock,” this time with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

Petty’s big hit from the early 90s, Free Fallin’ was the subject of this spoof, with a heavy focus on horses, as the original version —entitled “Free Horses” was performed.

You’ll remember that Bacon had previously performed on Fallon’s First Drafts as a member of The Beach Boys with their certified hit about hamburger stands, “Fun, Fun, Fun” (you can see the video for it by clicking the title). We’re more than happy to say that Bacon always brings something fun and unique to “The Tonight Show” audience, willing to do just about whatever Fallon and the team at the show are able to think up.

You can see the whole video of “First Drafts of Rock: Free Fallin’ by Tom Petty,” starring Tom Petty and Jimmy Fallon, below. It goes without saying that Bacon pulled off the Petty look extremely well.

“The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” airs every weeknight at 11:30/10:30c on NBC.
