Daniel Craig’s Word Is His Bond: Craig To Play 007 One Last Time
By all accounts, including his own, Daniel Craig had finished his role as the 007 spy film hero James Bond with his previous film. Now, we have a different story from him. According to Craig, the 49 year old actor WILL be playing Bond in one more film, Bond 25.
After saying that he would rather break a glass and slash his wrists than to play the role again, he simply chalked it up to having been burned out by just coming off the Bond flick, Spectre, admitting what he said was really stupid.
His fifth and final take on Bond will be his curtain call, though. Sir Roger Moore’s was at age 57 and Sean Connery was 53, making Craig third in the category of oldest to suit up for 007. The director of the film hasn’t been announced, nor any co-stars or “leaks” of a possible script, but interest is being thrown around Yann Demange as a possible director for the film.
Bond 25 is widely expected to be released in November 2019.
